| At the beginning of the1990s, with the economic globalization more and more countries join the network to take a role in the world of international division of labor. Borders has been showing fade away, which also represents the arrival of a new era of international competition without boundaries. Meanwhile, along with the mature market economy, which raised more stringent demand to each country that they need to put such as goods, services, capital and information, a variety of economic factors, into global open-market economy system, in which logistics becomes a connecting hub industry to push up economic development and search for new sources of profit. Currently, the countries need to face the one to deal with the impact of the international forces, on the other hand also begin press to strengthen their economy, while such an emphasis on regional economic activities in the global economic network-like economy, the mutual promotion and interdependence between regional economic and regional logistics become a hot in economics research.In China’s reform and opening up, China gradually realized vital supportive role of high-tech and communications infrastructure for economic development to develop market economy. Thus as an economic "catalyst" for the logistics industry as the economy began to form a new profit point and cognitive presence. In March2001, China has also made first document about how the modern logistics industry develop-"Opinions on Accelerating the Development of China’s modern logistics." This document not only clearly pointed out logistics will anchor the new world and the new economic growth, but it also opens up another door of local government to recognizing the importance of the development of the logistics industry. The development of modern logistics have emerged as a local pillar industries, hoping to build a fast and efficient modern logistics center security platform to promote the local economy as a whole rapid and sustainable development. This paper is divided into three parts. The specific content of each parts is as follows:1.Literature and theories:According to the specific content of the study, the second part will carefully review the relevant literature papers, from logistics to outline the origins of modern logistics, and finally leads to regional logistics, as well as between regional economy and regional logistics relevance, and following the in-depth study of learning, and finally to further explore the various theories, digging out the role in promoting the establishment of a regional logistics center on the regional economy2. Feasibility analysis on regional logistics center:this section is one of the important components of this paper. First, this part analyze the regional investment environment of Logistics Center project in Neijiang by using existing theoretical basis. Second, use economic efficiency as the core to determine its market environment of project investment feasibility. And set up a model with data analysis tool to determines the feasibility of Neijiang establishing regional logistics center with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, methods.3. Suggestions:according to the feasibility analysis in part2, this part put forward some constructive measures and suggestions for the establishment of regional logistics center in Neijiang City in four aspects:the clear targets and comprehensive planning function, the main enterprises leading mode and the logistics information platform.This paper conducted a preliminary study of the logistics industry in Neijiang City, it proved that the establishment of a regional logistics center in Neijiang has high economic benefit and social benefit of the social with a broad prospects for development. And put forward some particular measures and suggestions about the construction of a comprehensive regional logistics center. |
