Evaluation Research On Construction Standards For Green Rural Housing

Construction industry is the energy consumption in our country, the energy consumption of the building materials production and construction use accounts for40%of the total society energy consumption. In our country, most of the urban and rural construction is high energy consumption building, so developing green buildings with four savings and one environmental protection become the inevitable choice in our construction industry. With the rapid development of urbanization and agricultural modernization, the number of rural housing has gradually increased and for a larger proportion of the total construction in our country. But the rural housing has some serious problems, such as construction management does not reach the designated position, the great amount of energy consumption, using poor quality of building materials and lack of technical. Therefore, promoting the green rural housing becomes the main direction for the future development of rural areas in our country.In this paper, detailed elaborated the research background, including defining the scope of research, the high energy consumption of the constrction, the harmonious development between construction industry and the environment, the widening of village construction, and the reality demand of the green rural housing. In view of the domestic and foreign research situation and insufficiency, proposed the research contents of the paper. On the basis of the relevant basic theory, rich connotation of the evaluation of green rural housing construction standards was elaborated which laid the foundation for the evaluation. Based on analysis of the principles of constructing index system, the evaluation index system of green rural housing construction standards was constructed covering three first-level of technology, social, economic. Furthermore, detailed connotations of12secondary indicators and41third-level indicators were analyzed. After detailed analysis the evaluation indexes, preprocessing this indicators, and ensure scientificity and rationality of the evaluation indexes. The5level scale method and entropy method was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index. The grey clustering method was used to evaluate the green rural housing construction standards and the green rural housing construction standards evaluation model was established. Finally, with the background of the green rural housing of Tianjin baodi district yinjiapu, empirical research the green rural housing construction standards evaluation model and the result is "three-star" standard. And according to the actual status of the green rural housing, targeted measures, strategies and recommendations were proposed to enhance the evaluation model.The establishment of the evaluation model of the green rural housing construction standards provided a viable technology path for the partical evaluation of the green rural housing, ensuring specification and scientific building green rural housing of village and town in our country, constructing, promoting and popularizing the green rural housing.
