The Research On Impoverished County Farmer’s Income Doubled In Lvliang

Increasing farmers’ income is not only the inevitable requirement of narrowing gap between urban and rural, but also has become the overall center of integration development of urban and rural. As poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi, Lvliang city has five priorities for national poverty counties. There are still11.6million people living in absolute poverty. Increasing the income of farmers in poor areas in Lvliang City is an important part of achieving the strategic transformation across Shanxi, and also an important symbol of wealthy in Shanxi. At the same time, it is an important aspect of building harmonious society.Through the study, we found that the farmers’ income of five impoverished county grow fast, family business income is the most important form of farmers’ income, but the contribution rate of wage income was rising which is expected to become the most important breakthrough of farmer’s income doubled.Based on the current development of poor counties in Lvliang City, the article analyzes the conditions for the realization of farmers’ income doubled from four aspects:basic condition, agricultural production conditions, the urbanization level and the government support condition. On the basis of the relevant research from home and abroad, we selected factors affecting farmers’ income in theory, and build multivariate linear model to make empirical analysis. The empirical results show:modernization of agriculture is the key factor in boosting rural incomes and; agricultural production efficiency is the dynamic factors; farmers own conditions are the basis of factors that affect farmers’ income.According to the results of empirical analysis, combined with the reality conditions in local, we put forward innovative path to achieve the income of farmers doubled. At the last, the paper comes up with policy recommendations from the angle of capital, talent, and land. We hope to provide some reference and suggestions to realize farmers’ income doubled for luliang city, and even the national poverty county.
