| "Agriculture,rural area and farmer" issue has become the social focus in top concerns of all level of governments and societies. Whether it can be solved smoothly will directly affect the sustainable development of agriculture and full improvement of social economy. Farmer's income is not only one of the cores of the "Agriculture,rural area and farmer" issue, but also a mirror comprehensively reflecting the "Agriculture,rural area and farmer" issues. Therefore, studying farmer's income has very important significance for exploring the historic inevitability of emergence of the "Agriculture,rural area and farmer" issue, for exploring objectivity of the existing and development of "Agriculture,rural area and farmer" issue from the reality operation, and for further seeking the reference solution for the problem. This research, taking the origin, structure and change of farmer's income in Chang-wu experiment area from 1986 to 2003 as main line, analyzed the social, economic and ecological factors which affect the farmer's income, studied the development of farmer's income and the circulating mechanism of farmer's income system and etc. It expect to judge by these researches the characteristic of "Agriculture,rural area and farmer" issues in different stages since implement of tackling key problem by science and technology, to provide the suggestion for agriculture, rural area and farmer issue in experiment areas, and further provide the scientific evidence for improving the farmer's income in the similar areas. The main conclusions of this research are as follow:(1) The farmer's income in the experiment areas has increased a lot than its level before setting experiment area by analyzing its change in 18 years. Its increasing present stage feature. With the deepening and deepening of integrated father, the rural economy in experiment areas had an increasing gap with the average level of Chang-Wu County, where the experiment areas locate in.(2) The experiment area has formed the more stable triple-industry structure by continue adjusting industry structure. This has influential effect on the farmer's income and rural economy development.(3) The experiment areas located in north of Wei Plateau, where is the high-quality apple production base. So it should take the resource advantage of making the apple industry stronger and bigger and endeavor to develop it into export-oriented. This definitely is an effective way to increase farmer's income and living standard.(4) There are only small amount of land per capita. Therefore it will be limited to improve the farmer's income by agriculture inner development;non-farming income is a potential way. |
