Research On Intensive Management Mode Of Power Grid Enterprises

Intensive management is an approach widely respected and applied in modernmanagement, is an effective means for large enterprises managing. Intensivemanagement is centralized manage a variety of key resources through the use of modernscientific techniques and methods in the development of companies to achieve optimalallocation of resources, enhance the core competitiveness and implement a corporatesustainability development. In the case of comprehensively promote economicdevelopment mode shift from extensive to intensive, state-owned enterprises havegradually begun to implement exploration and practice of intensive management. StateGrid Corporation of China as the electricity supply protection of national economic andsocial development, it has the responsibilities and obligations to achieve managementconversion from extensive to intensive. Under the guidance of the strategic goals thatbuilding "a strong three excellent" modern company, State Grid actively respond tonational call, and proposed a strategic a pproach named "transform the grid developmentmode, and changing the way the company’s development". Intensive management is theinevitable choice for the company’s development mode tranformsion. In the process ofIntensive management implementation, the system construction of "three intensificationand five wide" is the key steps, which in relation to the success of company’sdevelopment approach to intensive.Currently, the State Grid Corporation has treat the system construction of "threeintensification and five wide" as core mission to changing the way of companydevelopment, and have began to promote the system constructing in a company-widecomprehensively in2012. In order to carry out better intensive theory research, and moreeffectively to promote intensive management mode in grid enterprises and change thedevelopment mode of it, this paper makes a more detail summarization on intensivemanagement theories. On the basis of theories research, itwe do an interpretation andanalysis on the intensive management model that consider "three intensification and fivewide" construction as the core by using the SWOT model. And then, we evaluate thematurity of intensive management model of State Grid by establishing a maturity assesssystem. Finally, we use a supply enterprise that subordinate to State Grid as an exampleto study intensive management implementation of intensive management mode. Throughthis study, we provide a more useful guide to promote the intensive management modeland the tranformation of enterprise development mode for the next phase.
