Research On The Intensive Use Of Constructive Land Based On The Concept Of "First Try":A Case Study Of Fuzhou City

Facing the current situation of the new normal of economic development and the tightening of resources constraint,with the continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization,the contradiction between human and land in our country is becoming more and more prominent,the current mode of land supply is still difficult to adapt to the requirements of building ecological civilization,a large number of agricultural land is lawfully or even illegally converted to non-agricultural construction land The quantity of cultivated land is declining rapidly,the urban construction land is expanding excessively,but land use efficiency is low in urban area,and the degree of intensive utilization of land has a great improvement space.Therefore,the city as the main carrier of human living,the research and evaluation of its land use is of great practical significance.Based on the investigation and qualitative analysis of the situation of urban land use,this paper divides the urban functional areas,selects the evaluation indexes according to the requirements,determines the weights and ideal values of each evaluation index,evaluates the indexes,and calculates the Fuzhou of residential,commercial,industrial and Education and other functional areas of land use intensity,to adjust the scope of the functional area,to determine the type of land use,sorting out the typical functional areas,the completion of the Fuzhou Center urban Construction Land Intensive use evaluation.The results show that the intensive use of land in Fuzhou urban area is relatively high,but there are many differences in land use efficiency in different industrial functional areas,and about one-tenth of the land is idle or low-utility,which is associated with the abuse of land,a lot of newly built community occupancy rate is low,the population density is low,"three low" The problem caused the waste of resources and so on.Based on the problems of evaluation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the background of the national encouragement of Fuzhou in the construction of ecological civilization.
