Sanmenxia power supply company, due tothe long-term monopoly, lack of powerful competitors, the idea gradually couldn’t keep upwith the requirements of the development of the situation, the concept of quality service is notrooted in the enterprise, and the lack of marketing and strategy of flexible, electric powermarketing has not reached the majority of electricity customer requirements, enterprises in thefierce competition in the market, not to meet the demand of market economy oriented, slowlyemerging tensions in passive.Based on this, this topic research based on the reality of sanmenxia power supplycompany, the modern market marketing theory combined with the enterprise marketingpractice, based on the experience of the power marketing management at home and abroadand the successful model, the sanmenxia power supply company and market actual situation,the analysis of the "eleven five-year" since the industry development, the company marketingmanagement present situation, the company to conduct a SWOT analysis, marketenvironment, find out the main external opportunities and threats, and analyze the advantagesand disadvantages of company’s internal resources.
