As the basic industry in China’s economic development,Power industry plays an important role in the country’s construction. With the reform of the country’s electric power industry system and the implementation of the country’s new energy strategy, the "energy saving", "ultra-high-voltage power grid" and the promotion of the sustained and healthy development of national economy, regional power supply is guaranteed, separation of the government and enterprises, separation of plant and the grid, large users direct purchase of electricity and other reform measures to realize and the electric power market of our country has changed from seller’s market to buyer’s market. The majority of electricity customers have more requirements for the high-quality, reliable energy provision and convenient and efficient power supply service, how to conduct effective electric power marketing under the new situation, so as to exploit potentialities, establish the image of an enterprise, create good economic benefit and social benefit becoming a major issue to the present power supply enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation in power market and environment of Cixi Power Supply Company, shows the characteristics of the company and the opportunities and challenges the company face, meanwhile analyzes the current situation in power market and find out the deficiencies by SWOT, and determine the basic objectives and direction of power market and establish a set of compatible market strategies. On the basis of absorbing the advanced marking strategy from both home and abroad, according to the stages of power marketing development strategy of SGCC, it concludes a group of power marketing management system strategies accompanied with Cixi market (including exploiting potentialities strategy, electric price and bills strategy, quality service strategy, energy saving strategy), it offers relevant assurance measures through the organization, technique and culture (including HR safeguard measures, marketing intelligence safeguard measures, the enterprise’s culture safeguard measures, opening grid security measures etc.)...
