According to the management concept of "people-oriented" in the modern enterprises,The article focus on the employees’ interpersonal trusting relationship, and combine thetheory of psychological contract with interpersonal trust in organization. From theperspective of employees, the article explore the status of employees’ psychologicalcontract and interpersonal trust in organization in business enterprise, and discuses thediversity of different employee and the relationship between employees’ psychologicalcontract and interpersonal trust in organization. Then, in order to attract and retain talent,the article provides some guidance suggestions for enterprise managers, and improves thecore competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the theory, the article makes an empirical research insome commercial enterprises in Tianjin and it selects the employees as investigation object.The article choose the revision of the psychological contract scale and interpersonal trustscale as the initial scale, the psychological contract scale are divided into organizationalresponsibility scale and employees responsibility scale. Using statistical software SPSS17.0,the article makes the data analysis of questionnaire, the method comprise factor analysis,variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and so on.Through factor analysis of the psychological contract questionnaire and theinterpersonal trust questionnaire, the organizational responsibility of employees’psychological contract is summarized as three factors which are organizational tradingresponsibility, organizational relationship responsibility and organizational developmentresponsibility; The employees responsibility of employees’ psychological contract issummarized as three factors which are employees trading responsibility, employeesrelationship responsibility and employees development responsibility; Interpersonal trustvariables is summarized as three factors which are predictability of trust, dependence oftrust and trustworthiness trust.The research firstly studies the differences of interpersonal trust in organization basedon the demographic variables, and then analyzes the impact of psychological contract ofemployees on the interpersonal trust in organization. Through data analysis and discussion,the article get the following conclusions:(1) A study of differences in interpersonal trust inorganization, employees all have significant difference of different factors on interpersonaltrust in gender and age, and there is no significant difference in level of education.(2) Thecorrelation analysis of employees’ psychological contract and interpersonal trust inorganization shows that employees’ psychological contract and interpersonal trust inorganization and the various factors all have significant correlation.(3) The correlation study with demographic variables shows that the impact of psychological contract ofemployees on the interpersonal trust in organization is a certain difference in gender andage, and the influence is a large difference in level of education.(4) The regression analysisshows that employees’ psychological contract can affect the three factors of interpersonaltrust in organization.Through this study, the article is effectively the interdisciplinary combination ofmanagement theory and psychology, the psychological contract theory with interpersonaltrust can be effectively applied to the practice field. On the basis of empirical researchresults, the article seek effective method to promote interpersonal trust relationship betweenmembers of the organization by improving employees’ psychological contract, and providea certain guiding suggestions for the enterprise.
