Accompanied by an increasingly competitive market and changes in the worldeconomy, enterprises face competition ground, is growing. To improve quality,reduce costs and shorten the cycle is the enterprise continued progress andimportant means to maximize profits. Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma ismanagement mode innovation to meet the above requirements. In order to providecustomers with high quality products and services, many companies began to payattention to and practicing the Lean Six Sigma, aimed at trying to increase speed,reduce costs, and bring high quality products and services to customers.Basic theories of this thesis study on Lean Six Sigma, in a clear leanmanufacturing and Six Sigma on the basis of their respective strengths andweaknesses, build Lean Six Sigma management models. Secondly, summary ofpresent situation of domestic auto parts companies implementing Lean Six Sigmaand the difficulties faced in the process of innovation management system. Onceagain, with some BH production line for automotive sealing strip of automobileparts manufacturers, for example as a case study, and summarizes the results andimprove the final implementation. At last, the key steps to implement Lean SixSigma success, including, choice of tools, implementation processes to determinethe organizational structure. Four stages for more detailed study in the process ofimplementing the11steps for our auto parts manufacturers to implement Lean SixSigma provides a reference and support.
