| The healthy development of agricultural enterprises has important significance for thedevelopment of agriculture in Henan Province. As the competition in agricultural marketsconstantly increasing, agricultural enterprises should make excellent jobs on humanresources management if they want to improve their competitiveness. Human resourcemanagement can create a source of sustainable competitive advantage for the enterprises.Therefore, for Henan Agricultural enterprises, human resources are over the materialresources and has gradually become the company’s core resources. But most agriculturalenterprises in Henan HRM are still stuck in the traditional personnel management stage andneed to pay more attention on human resource management from the strategic point of view.They should establish a scientific human resources management system.This paper is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter I introduced the researchenterprise human capital management, Henan Agricultural background, the purpose andsignificance of the results of the study; illustrates research methods, Writing ideas, andinnovations of this article. The second chapter is mainly dedicated to the study ofmanagement concepts elaborated, including the concept of human resources, the meaningof human resource management, human resource management features such as the meaningof agricultural enterprises, agricultural enterprises and agricultural characteristics of humanresource management. The third chapter issued the problems of Henan Agriculturalenterprises’ human resource management, Henan Agricultural enterprises have noemphasis on human resources management, the quality of staff is not high, the system ofperformance management is not perfect, imperfect incentives, lack of good corporateculture, and some columns problems. In the fourth chapter,I analyzesd some experience inHuman Resource Management and got some inspiration from these experiences. In chapterfive I proposed countermeasures and suggestions for Henan Agricultural enterprises tostablish a scientific human resources management system: Creating scientific, humane,professional and strategic-oriented human resources management system—Reasonablehuman resources strategic planning, establishing comprehensive and rational performancemanagement system, improving the incentive mechanism, really caring about the needs ofemployees, developing training plans for employees, concerning more about thedevelopment of employees, providing a steady stream of highly qualified personnel. |
