Study On Structural Reform Of Agricultural Supply Side In Henan Province

At present,China's agricultural development is facing new challenges that are constrained by the constraints of agricultural production resources,and it is urgently required to change the path of agricultural development.The government proposed to speed up the transformation of the agricultural development path and promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.The research on the status quo of production and water resources in the grain core area of Henan Province is of great significance to the structural reform of the agricultural supply side proposed by the country and to the sustainable development of agriculture under the ecological civilization.Firstly,in the context of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,this paper reviews the relevant research literature on the optimal allocation of water resources and the experience of adjusting planting structures for the protection of water resources at home and abroad,and finds that the optimal allocation of water resources is of great significance for the sustainable development of agriculture.Therefore,based on the theory of sustainable development of agriculture and structural adjustment of agricultural supply side,panel data model was used to analyze the impact of the production area of major grain crops in the grain core area of Henan Province on groundwater.Secondly,in the empirical analysis section,taking the core grain area of Henan Province as the main research object,the Henan Statistical Yearbook was compiled and the wheat and corn yields and planting areas of the grain core regions of Henan Province from 1999 to 2016 were collected and passed.The Water Resources Bulletin consolidated the amount of groundwater resources in the study area during the relevant years,which was aggregated into panel data.The econometric model was established through panel data,and the impact of wheat and maize yields on groundwater resources in the area,and the impact of wheat and maize sown area on groundwater in the area were analyzed.The results showed that the bulk grain crops,wheat and corn,are large crops with low water use and ecological benefits,and their yield and planting area will have a significant impact on groundwater in the core area.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,based on empirical analysis results,under the premise of ensuring food security adjustments,we first propose solutions based on the perspective of agricultural producers from the aspects of adjusting and adjusting planting structure,rational irrigation and saving water,and promoting the concept of agricultural production.From the perspective of the government,we will change from the concept of guidance,increase various related subsidies,and strengthen suggestions on water resources management and ecological compensation.
