In recent years,With the increasing pressure of national environmental protection,Under the double restriction of air pollution control and carbon emission commitment,The state has accelerated the pace of energy structure adjustment and vigorously encouraged and supported the development of new energy projects.Natural gas power generation,with its prominent environmental protection advantages,significant energy conservation and carbon reduction effects,and significant peak-shaving advantages,has ushered in new development space and become an important alternative to coal-fired power generation.Production technicians are the core talents of gas turbine power generation enterprises,which are important resources and wealth.However,due to factors such as high power generation cost,gas and electricity upside-down and immature market,as well as the existence of the phenomenon of seniority and unequal distribution in state-owned enterprises,employees' enthusiasm for work has been seriously affected,resulting in serious loss of production technology talents in DC gas turbine power plant.At present,the establishment of an effective salary incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of production technicians and enhance their loyalty and sense of belonging has become an important weight for state-owned gas turbine power generation enterprises to remain invincible in the complex market environment.In this paper,the production technicians of a state-owned gas turbine power generation enterprise DC gas turbine power plant are selected as a case study.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys of production technicians at different positions in the enterprise,based on a real understanding of the current situation and satisfaction of the compensation incentive mechanism of production technicians in the gas turbine power plant,combined with the actual situation,scientific and reasonable compensation management theories and methods are used to re optimize Design the salary incentive mechanism for production technicians in gas turbine plant.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation incentive mechanism for production technical staff in DC gas turbine power plant,the specific supporting measures are put forward from three aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee and culture guarantee,.Through optimization,a more fair and incentive incentive compensation incentive mechanism for production technicians is established,which is of great practical significance to improve the job satisfaction of production technicians and enhance the market competitiveness of gas turbine plants.
