Evaluation Research On The Competitiveness Of The Knowledge-intensive Business Service Based On Management Entropy In Hubei Province

In the era of service economy, with high knowledge, high profession, high-techfeatures, knowledge intensive services can not only significantly change the contemporaryknowledge and technology of the organization, and also has important contribution to theregion economy development and the raising of innovation ability, it has became thedirection of industrial structure adjustment in main western developed countries and thearea,and has became strong momentum of economic development, developing rapidly.According to the advanced experience of developed Western countries, developing thecompetitiveness of knowledge-intensive service, is changing the emphasis of industrialtypical features of the structure, and is becoming pivot inevitable choice to central China’sstrategic in the Hubei province. Therefore, the study about how to form thecompetitiveness of KIBS, and how to develop competitiveness index system of KIBS,through regular evaluation dynamic to grasp competitiveness of enterprises, formaintaining a sustainable competitive advantage has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.this paper, starting from the KIBS, follow the principle of competitiveness evaluation,under the new perspective of management entropy theory, combined with field research,screening economic, personnel structure, technology investment, technology output andsustainable development five aspects to establish of the index system, the entropy value ofcompetitiveness is calculated through the management entropy mathematical model,comprehensively and dynamic reveal the competitiveness management.This paper argues that the degree of ordering and competitiveness ofknowledge-intensive service firms, is the results of combing internal management entropyincrease and external inflow of negative entropy. management entropy is a measure of thestrength of overall competitiveness, the entropy of each subsystem measure the effect ofsubsystem factors. Subsystem Management entropy value added, it indicated that thefactors hindered to improve competitiveness, affect the overall competitiveness. Therefore, the management entropy theory is as an evaluation method for evaluation ofknowledge-intensive service enterprises’ competitiveness is suitable.Meanwhile, this paper based on the competitiveness of enterprises, combining thecharacteristics of knowledge-intensive service firms，builded competitive mechanism ofknowledge-intensive service firms, take research and analysis of knowledge-intensiveenterprises in Hubei Province, attributed four factors to affect the knowledge-intensiveservice firms: environment, resources, abilities, knowledge. After the analysis ofinfluencing factors, combined with research references, refining competitivenessevaluation index system, through practice, screening, experts and business leadersconcluded that construction of evaluation system,it is more the in line withcompetitiveness of knowledge-intensive services in Hubei Province, enterprises.Finally, the management entropy evaluation model was applied to the empirical study inthe Electric Power Design Institute, by varying the entropy measure real-time tracking andcompetitive changes, combined with the results of the analysis and the actual situation,enhanced the suggestions and countermeasures proposes, have reference to competitiveevaluation of Hubei Province KIBS.
