Research On Risk Identification And Assessment Of Supply Chain

Supply chain management as an integration and systematization management mode thatintegration of the chain node enterprise resources advantages, sharing resource andcomplimentarily advantages between node enterprises, to improve the enterprise rapidresponse capability and core competitiveness. However, we can make out that supply chaineasily suffers impact from the internal and external environment, because of its many subjects,cross regional, too many levels characteristics. While the supply chain node enterprisesmutual dependence and mutual influence that any link of it having problem will set off achain reaction and lead to badly results. Therefore, effective identification and assessment ofsupply chain risk, to provide a scientific basis for risk management, to take timely andeffective risk prevention and control measures is important.This thesis tries to comprehensive and systematic research the identification andevaluation of the supply chain risk management process, as the research object is supply chainrisk, the basis of risk management theory, keeping the main line as applying theory to practice.The main contents of this thesis as follows:(1)Study the theory of supply chain risk management through view related literature.Describes the background and significance of the research, summarizes the domestic andforeign research status of this field and some existing problems, and makes clear the researchcontent. By analyzing the risk management and supply chain management theory to explorethe theory of supply chain risk management, summed up the supply chain risk managementand basic aspects to provide theoretical basis for further research.(2) Constructs the supply chain risk identification model based on association rules.Detailed summary of the common classification methods of supply chain risk, in this studythe risk classification is divided into endogenous risk and exogenous risk method, focusing onthe risks from the perspective of endogenous and exogenous analyze the influence factors.Based on the method of risk identification of the existing research, to the association betweenrisk factors and risk events as the breakthrough point, put forward the supply chain riskidentification method based on association rule, and constructs the supply chain riskidentification model based on association rules.(3)Proposed supply chain risk assessment methods. The methods of the supply chain riskassessment based on the OWA operator and based on consider the relationship between nodeenterprises. The former method is mainly the possibility of beforehand risk assessment. TheInoperability Input-Output (IIM) is applied to the assessment of supply chain risk in the lattermethod, by calculating the economic loss and non-operation of two indicators, to assess thesupply chain network and each node enterprise losses, using the OWA operator method tocalculate the node enterprises correlation matrix, the approach considers both quantitative and qualitative factors affecting the relationship between node enterprises. Two kinds of methodsthrough quantitative calculation provide scientific and rational basis for risk managementdecisions.(4)Case analysis. Through a simple case, the model of risk identification and evaluationmethod proposed in this paper is reasonable and effective verification, and make the researchmore practical significance.
