With the rapid development of information technology and increasingly drastic competition, supply chain risk management has become an issue of current enterprises. Because of the anfractuosities of structure, instability of environment, managers Pursuing lean supply chain and neglecting risk management, and so on, supply chain is having been more and more subject to affected by all kinds of risks. Managing&controlling supply chain risk effectively make supply chain more resilient. This thesis takes clothing enterprise T as the research foundation, and studies on supply chain risk deeply. The main work as follow:(1) Collects the opinions of experts by the Delphi method, discuss the risk identification methods and identification process by antitheses. After testing reliability of the risk indicators thrice, constructs the hierarchical structure of the supply chain risk evaluation of4first grade indices and15second grade indices.(2) Assesses the influence degree of supply chain risk by the analytic hierarchy process, to evaluate weight of the risk indices.(3) Uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the clothing enterprise T based on the supply chain risk evaluation system, as the reference for company decision-maker.(4) Constructs supply chain risk warning model based on the BP neural network, which is applied to the T clothing company. Finally, the thesis discusses feasible supply chain risk management and control methods.In the thesis, some classical theory, comprehensive method, comparative method and case method are used to analyze supply chain risk management; further research will focus on the control theory, the system theory and mathematical model to improve the depth and breadth.
