As the main body of this paper, based on evolutionary game and through MATLABsimulation tools, Small and medium enterprises under asymmetric alliance researches theevolutionary mechanisms of strategic decision, combined with the relevant principles ofsymbiosis theory and traditional strategic management theory. This paper deepens theconnotation and extension in SMEs strategic decision-making process, the use of simulationmethods is to increase the practicality and maneuverability corporate strategicdecision-making process model.First, this paper describes the research background, purpose and meaning, and combedthe relevant literature and previous research in status information, summarized the currentstatus of research on the evolution of the strategic decision-making and make an objectiveevaluation. Secondly, the paper describes the concepts and standards for SMEs, focusing onintroducing strategic decision content and features, especially for the characteristics ofstrategic decisions of SMEs; then made a brief review for the federation and the symbiotic ofalliance under asymmetric, the next, made a major presentation for the symbiotic mode underasymmetric alliance, by the results of previous studies, and draw an important role inasymmetric unstable coalition SME decision to choose a long-term alliance, stabledevelopment; then we made a brief introduction of evolutionary game and made a suitablereasons of business cooperation under asymmetric symbiotic alliance,later leaded to preparefor evolutionary game model. Third, we constructed symbiotic system under asymmetricalliance of the symbiotic premise, analyzed the factors affecting the symbiotic alliance, thensummarized previous combination of factors affecting the symbiotic alliance to draw some ofthe key elements, in the analysis are the same the role of the key factors derived asymmetricalliance, to lay the foundation for the construction of the following game model. The fourthpart built game model on the front part of the text,based on the assumption of the premise,and then use the tools to analyze their evolutionary game balance and stability, on the factorsthat influence the stability of the league focuses on; combined with SMEs as the maininfluence on the model factors affecting between simulation and analysis of the impact offactors affecting the impact on SMEs and between SMEs and large enterprises in three areas, the conclusions drawn with earlier alliance equilibrium stability analysis echoes. Finally,based on the actual asymmetric alliance under domestic SME strategic managementprinciples proposed safeguard mechanism, through internal and external factors affecting theregulation, building security system, so that a non-symmetrical development of SMEs toprovide reasonable under Union control and prevention measures SMEs to optimize strategicdecisions in collaboration with large enterprise.
