In order to research the performance of group, traditional approaches of game theory or computer simulation cannot be singly and effectively used for simulation analysis of this issue due to multiple factors such as organizational environment, task, membership, incentives policy. Therefore, an integrated simulation approach is proposed as a solution for the problem. Firstly, we should distinguish the difference between individual-task and Project-based tasks situation. Different kinds of tasks related to different process, some simple task needs individual but the complex tasks should be tackled by groups. So we divide the relationship between human-task by two kinds: individual task, which related to individual and complex tasks which related to group.Secondly, an integrated simulation of individual-task is put forward. An analysis points outs the issue of human-task interactions involved the individuals related to the simple tasks. We focus the dimensionalities between tasks and individuals, after the discussion of task-performance related to individuals; the integrated simulation approach is designed and modeled. This is the base research of the next part. Then, the integrated Project-based tasks simulation of approach is designed based on the integrated simulation skill and the evolutionary game theory. Various factors of the performance of group, like environmental characteristics, behaviorism of members, and incentive mechanism are analyzed. Based on these, an integrated simulation model for organizational performance design, which includes task model, membership model and game theory matrix, is proposed to reflect the relationship between incentives policy, design variables and organizational performance and tasks tackled. Therefore, the model used multi-agent simulation, discrete simulation and evolutionary game theory. This was also the innovation of the research. Finally, the paper is concluded. Some problems are pointed out and several improvements are proposed.
