Research On Full Life Circle Based Supplier Management Of X Mining Company

Time transition will definitely lead to business operators to change their concepts. When it has entered a new era of the21st century, more and more competitive enterprises are walking the road from’independent operations" to "close cooperation". Especially manufacturers and resource suppliers are trying to seek cooperation opportunities and striving to establish the long-term stable cooperative partnership. Enterprises subsequently improve the transactional daily work of supplier management to the level of enterprise strategic decision.Based on the viewpoint of whole life cycle of purchasing, this thesis makes research on the supplier management for X mining company. This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of the management of the supplier X Mining Company and points out the reasons of the existence of problems and solutions. In particular, it makes specific elaboration on the key and difficult problem of "supplier selection" in the supplier management and clarifies the standards, methods, checking, assessments and other specific contents of supplier selection. It also puts forward practical suggestions and measures for the supplier management of X Mining Company.In this thesis, the specific research contents are as follows:(1)It elaborates the theoretical basis of supplier management, concludes various views on the supplier management put forward in the academic circles in recent years and analyzes the developing change history of the theory. It also emphatically elaborates "full life circle purchasing theory","supplier management and evaluation theory" and "supplier relationship management theory" and other academic opinions closely related to research problems in this thesis.(2)It studies the current situation of supplier management of X Mining Company in the full life circle of purchasing condition, specifically analyzes the current situation of the company supplier management and discovers various existing problems and analyzes main reasons of the emergence of problems.(3)It makes specific analysis on the core problem of "supplier selection" in the supplier management. It analyzes the short-term standards and long-term standards of the supplier selection; analyzes various practical methods in supplier selection and makes comparisons; analyzes the index system and index weight in supplier selection; analyzed the methods and means of initial static supplier selection methods; and analyzes dynamic supplier selection methods in the subsequent period.(4)In view of the flaws and the insufficiencies of the original enterprise management, it puts forward specific optimization measures and suggestions on the supplier management, including improving the access and exit mechanism, regulating the structure of the organizational system; specifying the inspection rewards and punishment measures; building the information system in the supplier development management system and etc.In view of actual situation of X Mining Company in the condition of whole life cycle of purchasing, the thesis makes specific analysis on the supplier management, discovers common characters from characters and gives the general problems and solutions existing in mining industries from specific mining companies. There, the proposed supplier management strategies also equip with referencing values for other enterprises in the mining industry.
