On the other hand, With significantly enhancethe economic development of Shenzhen,stimulating demand for office space forenterprises, thus it is resulting in a large increase in the supply of office space. Notonly rent office for as operating costs have been concerned, but also been valued as acorporate assets. By studying the Grade A office rents have significant economicindicators, particularly for affected districts of Shenzhen Hedonic price factors ofGrade A office rents, and found some of the main factors affecting changes in rents。For office development and management, and the Shenzhen Municipal serviceseconomic development,it is important and headquarters.Firstly, by Researching about grading standards for Grade A offices, I canbasically decided on the standard of Grade A offices in Shenzhen, Also identified andselected case studies and data scoping. A total of11demographic factors have asignificant impact on office rentals。About the first study which the variables indomestic,developers with experience and brand,and foyer height been proven to have a positive impact. After further I analysis offactors affecting regional differences。Of Grade A office rents in different cities indifferent regions of the microscopic study of factors,This research provide somereference, At the same time has a certain significance and reference value.
