The development process of Zhang Wentian’s economic thoughts is mainly divided into two stages; from1931to1949, the economic construction of new democracy study period,1949-1976, the socialist economic construction research. The second part, the main contents are Zhang Wentian’s economic thoughts and his historical limitations.
