Analysis Of The Real Estate Investment Decision-Making Based On AHP And Blind Number Theory

As the pillar industry of the national economy, real estate development investment has always been a high-yield, high-risk complex working process. While In the real estate development investment activities, both private investment and government investment, the right choice investment project is the key step.Based on summing up the real estate industry development present situation and the existing evaluation methods seriously, this article mainly discusses from the following several parts:The first part mainly introduces the influence factors of real estate investment decision, these factors are summarized and classified to establish a relatively reasonable index system of real estate investment decision-making; The second part on the basis of the index system of real estate investment decision, combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and blind number theory, build a real estate investment decision-making model which is based on AHP and blind number theory, this model conforms to the principle of combining quantitative and qualitative, calculation is simple, and the application of blind number theory at the same time improve the accuracy of the unascertained information, which makes the decision results more reasonable; The third part applied the real estate investment decision-making model to real estate investment decision-making to make decisions in the case of concrete work which validated the scientific nature and effectiveness of this model.On the real estate investment decision making problems, this paper first combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and blind number theory, setting up a new real estate investment decision-making model to provide a scientific and effective decision tool for the decision of real estate investment.
