Nowadays, with the development of technology and the new economy, many organizations are now faced with intense competition. And the pressure of their survival and development is quite substantial. With the idea of the new central government is beginning, we must accelerate the pace of deepening reform, which puts forward stingent requirements for Chinese industrial revolution, especially the innovation of the service sector. Therefore, in various industries, many enterprises are struggling to build a new service platform designed to comply with this wave of reform, to improve the core competitiveness of the organization, to establish first-mover advantage.However, the innovation of enterprises depends on their employees’ ceativity and consciousness, especially depends on their knowledge workers’ autonomy and creativity because they are the main force in the construction and development of the organization. They are increasingly playing in an role in the organization’s work. In a word, only employees give full play to their wisdom and positive breakthrough of innovation, can companies continue to progress and become more competitive.Knowledge workers will be the main object of this study. Firstly, for knowledge workers, their work content is more uncertain, which needs wisdom and ability to respond to changes in the environment that may arise various problem; secondly, generally speaking, knowledge workers not only have high personal quality, professional knowledge and skills, but also for themselves requirements are also higher, the desire to achieve self-worth is also more intense. In addition, knowledge workers tend to try to use a variety of means to influence the organization or others, such as putting forward their own ideas and suggestions to realize their value of life.This article attempts to explore knowledge workers in a particular cultural context, organizational context, through the psychological perception of the behavior demonstrated by the suggestions from the perspective of individual employees. With the theory of the predecessors, support of literature, We propose hypothesis of this study.The study intends to discuss voice behavior, perceived this variable from individual psychology and to explain the changes of employees’voice behavior from the perspective of individual microscopic of employees’behavior. This research which explores individual members of the organization compared to the impact on employees’behavior factors previously fixed at the level of leadership research, is a more direct, more proactive model of the mechanism. This article argues that in order to show the staff who can offer advice and conduct research suggestions themselves, to find out what factors influence the employees themselves, what their needs exist, so as to enable the operator to manage in the direction of goal. So, this article attempts to be a new voice behavior research.This paper explores the impact of personal traditional variables which is one of the Chinese traditional values on employees’voice behavior. Chinese traditional culture dominated "Confucianism", which mainly emphasizes "less-talk and more work." the behavior and values that silence is golden, humility, harmony. In this way, affected by traditional values, individual members of organizations will inevitably change their speaking and working attitudes. This study want to analyze the individual traditionality as a situational variable at a level of traditional cultural background.
