With the internal and external changes becoming increasingly fierce,only relying on the wisdom of managers can not keep the enterprises' sustainable competitiveness,but also need employees to provide voice for the organization.As an active extra-role behavior,voice behavior can play an active role in improving management decision-making and management efficiency,which helps to maintain and continuously improve the innovation,flexibility and competitiveness of the organization.As the important human capital of the enterprises,the knowledge workers' voice behavior is especially important for the development and progress of the enterprises.In recent years,the voice behavior of knowledge workers has been gradually concerned by scholars.While previous studies mainly focus on the commonalities of knowledge workers or leaders and organizations.There is still a lot to be done to focus on the voice behavior of knowledge workers in a particular industry.As a new force in high-tech enterprises,high-tech start-ups have both opportunities and challenges in their development.In order to improve their own strength in a dynamic and changeable environment,it is necessary for the enterprises' knowledge workers to provide suggestions actively and to participate in the business decision-making widely.In view of this,based on the specific industry type of high-tech start-ups,this paper probes into the influence mechanism of the knowledge workers' voice behavior in the high-tech start-ups.Combining the organizational characteristics of high-tech start-ups and the individual characteristics of knowledge workers,referring to the existing literature at home and abroad,this paper investigates the influence of the authorized leadership style at the organizational level and the work value at the individual level on the voice behavior of knowledge workers,and then combining the two levels with the Triadic Reciprocal determinism of social cognition theory,this paper examines the moderating effect of knowledge workers' work value between authorized leadership style and voice behavior,as well as the intermediary role of psychological empowerment between them,thereout,the paper establishes the model of the influence mechanism of the knowledge workers' voice behavior in the high-tech start-ups.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing and refining the previous viewpoints,the research hypotheses of this paper are deduced theoretically.Secondly,according to the mature scale of existing research and the research topic of this paper,we compile the questionnaire of knowledge workers' voice behavior in high-tech start-ups,collect datas and test the reliability and validity of each scale to ensure the availability of questionnaire datas.Thirdly,the datas of 355 valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software and the hypotheses were verified by significance test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and then the conclusion was drawn according to the analysis result.Finally,based on the conclusion of the research,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the voice of knowledge workers in high-tech start-ups.The results are as follows:(1)The authorized leadership style of high-tech start-ups has a significant positive impact on the voice behavior of knowledge workers.(2)The authorized leadership style of high-tech start-ups has a significant positive impact on psychological empowerment of knowledge workers.(3)The psychological empowerment of knowledge workers in high-tech start-ups has a significant positive effect on their voice behavior.(4)Psychological empowerment of knowledge workers in high-tech start-ups plays a partial intermediary role between authorized leadership style and voice behavior.(5)The work value of knowledge workers in high-tech start-ups and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on their voice behavior.(6)The work value of knowledge workers in high-tech start-ups and its innovation-oriented and long-term development-oriented dimension play a regulating role between authorized leadership and voice behavior.The conclusion of this paper has important enlightening significance for promoting the knowledge workers' voice in high-tech start-ups.
