| In recent years,the problem of increasing farmers’ income has been a hot issuewhich is very concerned by all levels of Chinese government and academia,enhancethe rural human capital can increase farmers’ income has become a basic commonsense.Since China is a great country geographical span, the presence of differentlevels of economic development among the various regions and natural resources,even for the same rural human capital, the income effect on different time point willbe showing a completely different qualities, that there will be "threshold"feature.Existing literature well analysis to promote the role of human capital in ruralincomes for farmers from multiple levels,but there is no detailed analysis of the effectof human capital in rural incomes are likely to exhibit a "threshold" feature.In thispaper, on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research, first of all,from thetheoretical analysis of the increase in the income of China’s rural human capital effectmay exhibit the threshold characteristics and the reasons,and to further the use of30provinces in China2001-2011panel data, integrated use ordinary panel regressionmodel, the system GMM dynamic panel regression model measurement methods,the threshold panel regression model to explore the specific forms and values of thisthreshold characteristics.The main conclusions are as follows:1.With theimprovement of the level of economic development, the marginal income of ruralhuman capital presents the state of the overall rise,but in terms of wage income fellafter the first rise showed a U-shaped feature;2.With the improvement of the firstindustry share of GDP, the marginal net income of rural human capital significantlylower as well as wage income and non-wage income;3.With the improvement ofurbanization level, human capital marginal net income, non-wage income increasedgradually, marginal revenue of human capital wage will be provided an invertedU-shaped which first rose after drop;4.For net income,wage income,non-wageincome, with the upgrading of the level of health care services in rural areas,marginal income of human capital showed a gradual increase in the state;5.No matterwhat kind of model,the human capital in rural areas can promote farmers’ income hasalways been very significant role, road density, fiscal decentralization, medicalservices,per capita arable land for the farmers’ income is always has a positive role inpromoting, the proportion of primary industry in this issue of wage income isnegative,the effect of the future is positive,at the right moment and its impact on thewage income in the opposite direction. |
