| The level of urban facilities and urban development an important support level of civilization, is an important economic and social development material conditions. Urban facilities development, urbanization provides material security. With economic growth and increasing urbanization, people gradually realized the importance of urban facilities, are increasingly concerned about their own situation in which the city’s facilities.Anhui Province, the full development of urban construction in recent years, the city has been greatly improved, urban management has improved continuously in the play of the whole city function, and promote social and economic development and achieved remarkable results. Nevertheless, Anhui current status of urban facilities still difficult to meet the city’s future economic development of Anhui Province requirement for scientific analysis and evaluation of this and made useful exploration of the proposal is necessary.This article from the perspective of both qualitative and quantitative status of Anhui urban facilities were studied. Through qualitative methods define the concept of infrastructure, analyzes the current situation of urban facilities in Anhui Province, Anhui Province, in order to better understand the relative level of each city facilities, a reasonable assessment of the city’s urban construction conditions, but also from the transportation, gas supply, water energy, culture and health, environment and facilities constructed five aspects of modern urban facilities Anhui evaluation index system.
