The globalization of the world economy and the transformation of China’s financial industry has stimulated the situation to come into being that only through strengthening closer cooperation between each other can interbank seek survival and development. Accordingly, the theoretical illustration and enterprise diagnose of this thesis all start from the perspective of commercial bank itself, making an empirical and innovative research on the win-win cooperative way between financial trade business.Commercial banks have been endowed with the integrated function of serving as the credit intermediation, payment intermediation and providing credit creation as well as financial service. At the same time, they are also one of the universal banks which are mostly related to people’s daily life. To take commercial as the starting point of this research can not only produce certain valuable references for financial institutions to widen the channel of business and strengthen cooperation, but also is more in accordance with the market features in the period of national economy transformation.At present, China’s financial markets continue to nurture the development of new business opportunities for business cooperation within industry, which gives a broad space for financial development. This paper is based on the bank of Guizhou and Guizhou regional markets to make a very detailed interbank business innovation base development path design, which not only provides highly practical guidance for Guizhou own interbank business development but also universal application for the commercial banks operational cooperation. Currently, with the tide of reform and opening up, China’s financial industry and market economic system are constantly experiencing transformation, which to some extent brings more perfect space the financial markets development. For example, the trend of information technology’s universal application in financial industry, national reforms of interests and exchange rates and diversification of financial market attributing to the market demand, all of which have brought a high level of wide innovative space to financial trade businesses. Therefore, serving as one of the exclusive thrift institutions, commercial banks are mostly related to people’s life. Accordingly, they represent a new frontier of trade cooperative innovation and undertake the accountability to propel the overall transformation of financial sector.In the past decade, the most significant success in China’s banking sector reform is to make the commercial banks really commercialized. Commercial banks become a real main body with clear business objectives, and the SBC gradual hardening. However, the conflict between profitability and stability as a classic problem has cropped up.As a manager, in accordance with specific conditions of the bank of Guizhou, the author found that in the first half of2013, the bank’s ability to absorb deposit was declining under the great pressure of macroeconomic downturn, and there were also some obstacles in the use of loans. Therefore, great efforts should be made to develop the financial same business and make their creativity to boost bank capital, produce bank assets, which can not only meet the bank of Guizhou’s own development needs, but comply with the development of current finance and economy.In this introduction, the paper first briefly introduces the background of the industry, and the purpose and significance of this study, and summarize the ideas and methods used in the research. Then this paper will start from the theoretical basis of financial same business of commercial banks to discuss the composition of financial same business, including structural analysis, feature analysis, financial logic, the main mode and regulatory mechanism, in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the following description. Next, this paper is based on China’s commercial banks’ current business development situation, and discuss the development of financial institutions, China’s financial industry cooperation scope and modalities of commercial banks in China business with other financial status as well as China’s commercial banks business development characteristics and the presence of problem. Then, from corporate research diagnostic point of view, this paper launches a comprehensive and profound spot research about the bank of Guizhou about its interbank business, introduce the bank of Guizhou about its operating history, overview its current adopted strategies about interbank business, and through the description of interbank business of the bank of Guizhou about its structure, combined with the above conclusion that in our commercial banks there are some similar problems in the development of interbank business. And to explore the same business development in the bank of Guizhou which will bring to us an important inspiration about the next strategy. The next step will combine theoretical foundation and industry analysis with diagnosis of the bank of Guizhou survey results to design an innovative way for Guizhou interbank business. Finally, in the future, the financial industry may be faced with the market trends, as well as the bank’s own approach to development in Guizhou, the above interbank business innovation-based development path value and issues are discussed..It should be noted that in the whole process, it is necessary to analyze the bank of Guizhou as a case different from this broad group of city commercial banks instead of speculation and blindness leading to the universal missing; More efforts also should be given to independent summary outside of the bank of Guizhou, description for the entire group of city commercial banks studied and summarized universal issues as much as possible and related suggestions in order to ensure comprehensively, accurately, and effectively the elucidation of measures guiding practice and illustrations.Therefore, in the process of the study, bank of Guizhou should be set as a sample to acknowledge the facts that its starting is later than its peers, the lack of reaction mechanism about market changes, interbank loan process is too complicated, trade business permission is too low, and about the product price, the lack of market competitive edge is relatively infrequent. With the problems caused by its own imperfect mechanism, and then, from the mechanism defect of the whole commercial bank caused by the unitary banking system, this paper will deal with the universal trouble with profundity and extensiveness. Namely, the understanding of interbank business needs to be further improved, business management pattern needs to be further developed, illegal operations bring great hidden danger, the lack of sound regulatory system and standardized the market order of the nonconventional development of the interbank business, the interbank business belongs to the new product, the banking industry has not yet formed a favorable internal risk control mechanism etc. And finally, transmit the universal countermeasures and suggestions which will be able to extensively cover the commercial banking industry of the entire city.However, as the main clue and the focus of this study, after research, analysis and study of the universal problem, specific measures should be applied to the case: Bank of Guizhou. Generalize about the measures will be empty talk, and the method to deal with the specific problems may not directly guide the other problems, but can provide referential and comparable inspiration to solve other problems, this way of thinking is more suitable for the main ideas of the article, just an a saying goes:It’s better to teach fishing than to offer fish.According to the summary of the above ideas, the main way of thinking can be concluded as follows:the research on the topic of interbank business is neither only limited to solve one commercial bank’s problems and future direction, nor attempt to use a single sample as a presented case for the whole industry, but to find inspiration which is suitable for the operation model of current commercial banks from any single case and process. Only to find such a revelation, all kinds of complicated problems could be solved with calmness, basic way of thinking can be provided and the solution could be offered with speed and efficiency.This paper studies and analyses the bank of Guizhou as well as the entire industry from this point, and obtains relatively ample inspirations. From a historical point of view, commercial interbank business has now become an important part of the overall business, becoming a business area requiring great attention and active development. This requires commercial banks to grasp the trend, avoid following and innovate to lead. To achieve this, we must first recognize that interbank business has evolved into one which needs to take the initiative, thus the differences between interbank clients and individual customers and corporate clients are to be deeply grasped and actively adapted. Secondly, we must adhere to commercial operation ideology and center on profits, but not pursuit business scale or deposit growth without considering anything. Thirdly, keep in mind that concept forms in practice, so organizational design must be perfected, function decomposition must be effectively optimized and equipped rooms and staffing group must be enriched, separate responsibility and co-ordination in interbank business must be improved. Fourthly, interbank business needs downward stretch-especially in key business areas to give full play to multi-level business proficiency. Fifth, introduce temporary project team working mode which can widely stimulate interbank business staffs’potentiality to encourage advancement and urge backwardness. Sixthly, by adjusting its internal structure, create a powerful marketing tool and marketing background support. Finally, strengthen risk controlling through the manager system and integration mechanism.Under the guidance of these revelations, this paper has just established four path selection principles. The steadfastly principles are consolidating the foundation of the management framework, building a professional team on interbank business to innovative work methods, actively expanding the thought of development so as to highlight key customers and key business, enhancing interbank business contribution and establishing the perfect risk controlling mechanism, effectively preventing interbank business risks. And core ideas on different demands as well as various path selections eventually have been confirmed. As a result, this paper has made a more detailed, realistic, sample based realistic path selection and tactics recommendations mentioned above.In summary, this paper is based on China’s commercial banks business development situation to explore the overview development of the national financial industry institutions, China’s financial industry cooperation’s scope and manners, modalities of commercial banks in China business with other financial status as well as characteristics and problems of China’s commercial banks business development. In addition, from the perspective of corporate research diagnoses, to conduct a all-round and profound field research on the bank of Guizhou about its interbank business, introduce the bank of Guizhou about its operating history, overview strategies currently adopted by interbank business, and through elaborating the interbank business structure, an important revelation about the next strategy can be brought to us by a combination with the summarized common problems which existed in our commercial business inter-bank development and a exploration of business development in the interbank bank business of the bank of Guizhou.With these revelations, proceeding from the interbank business operation research, the single sample will eventually be able to lead the path selection ideas in the entire industry, and constantly continue to move on.
