The Applying Of Knowledge Engineering In R&D Management On Z Company

Enterprises are the sites of knowledge-intensive, innovations are the tireless pursuits of the enterprises. Accessing and managing the enterprise’s internal and external knowledge and implementing innovation based on knowledge, are the main sources of enterprise to keep competitiveness. Knowledge engineering researches how to use the principles and methods of artificial intelligence to design, construct and maintain the knowledge system. And it is increasingly payed more attentions by the governments and the enterprises of Europe and the United States and other developed countries. More and more enterprises consider that knowledge engineering are the main means to improve the enterprise core competitiveness.The R&D department is the enterprise knowledge accumulation, having the most active and fully knowledge application, is also the most suitable for the knowledge engineering. Based on the reference and research achievements of predecessors, using the theory of knowledge engineering, adopting the method of combining theory and empirical analysis, through the analysis of the Z company’s knowledge engineering system, the paper researches the application methods of knowledge engineering in product R&D management:First of all, on the basis of relevant theories, from the resources, applications and innovations of knowledge, deeply analysing the current situation and existing problems of knowledge management in Z company, and analysing the goal of the construction of the knowledge engineering; Secondly, analysing realization ways, methods and feasibility of using knowledge engineering in the R&D management; And than, putting forward the scheme, steps and integrant model of the company knowledge engineering system construction based on the center of R&D link; Finally, putting forward the measures to ensure the implementation of knowledge engineering system construction. This paper research improves the company’s R&D management level, promotes company’s technical and product innovation through the knowledge innovation.
