Abstract:The traditional business model is gradually being changed by E-commerce, which could be substituted by E-commerce model with a great trend. E-commerce has changed the mode of operation of the enterprise, playing a very important role in a highly competitive environment for the enterprise. Telecommunications operators are being in transition to an integrated information service provider through E-commerce, which will become the next major profit point for them, and Hunan branch of China Mobile is obliged to strengthen the construction of E-commerce.This paper analyzes the current competitive strategies of E-commerce, including foreign and domestic competitive environment, as well as in Hunan Province, then fully analyzes the competitive landscape of E-commerce for Hunan Mobile. The competition in the field of e-commerce for communications operators in a certain degree is the competition of mobile payment. Therefore, mobile payments should be the segment market which increases profits point, market share, playing an important role for Hunan Mobile. Also, the market is so huge that with gradual growth in the future, Hunan Mobile will enhance the service capabilities of market support system through strengthening the strategic layout of the mobile payment.In order to provide a competitive strategy of E-commerce for Hunan Mobile, the author offers some train of thought, brand, product portfolio, logistics, distribution, marketing and so on, explores a variety of strategies and models in practice, which we can boost the comprehensive development of E-commerce for Hunan Mobile. To achieve the competitive strategies, safeguards were put forward into the institutional mechanisms, organizational, human, technical and risk management.
