Research On Payment Mode Of Mobile E-Commerce Dominated By Mobile Operators

With the rapid growth and popularity of mobile communications and mobileinternet, Mobile E-Commerce get great development opportunities and become a newgrowth dot in network economic development; Mobile payment, as the important linksof Mobile E-Commerce, directly determines success of transaction; correlationtechniques of mobile payment develop rapidly, interested parties actively participate inthe idustrial. However, there is not efficient and mature payment mode in market, andanticipant industry size is not reached. Therefore, the study of the mode of mobilepayment holds the important practical meanings.Firstly, the paper analyzes the three key mode of mobile payment with SWOT.Evaluation criterion of the mode of mobile payment is put forward according to thestrengths and weaknesses, and conclusion is drawed that the subject of operation ofmobile payment suited to China is mobile payment.Secondly, the existing problems of mobile payment in China are analyzed, and themode of mobile payment dominated by mobile operators is put forward on basis ofconceptual model of mobile payment. The mode of mobile payment is with moneytransfers live at the core; Financial institutions and mechanism of third-party paymentservices are integrated into the mode. The mode provides three types of paymentaccounts and payment services of the combinations of short range and long range. Inaddition, the patterns of operations, business and profit are analyzed in detail.Thirdly, the network architecture and functional architecture model of mobilepayment system are designed, and the operation flow of account supplement andpayment of short and long range; besides, the strategy of sellers, POS terminals,technologies and industrial chain are studied. Especially, the relationship of finicalinstitutions and mobile operators is analyzed through game theory; in addition, thepaper analyzes key links of industrial chain with the way of grey correlation degree, anddiscoveries the problems and optimizes them.At last, the paper makes the mobile payment business of Chongqing Mobile as theobject of application. The present situation and existing problems of the mobilepayment business of Chongqing Mobile are analyzed, then the mode of mobile paymentdominated by mobile operators that is put forward in this paper is applied in the mobilepayment business of Chongqing Mobile, and the prospective application result is represented.
