Abstract:Economic globalization and economic integration of the countries in promoting the integration of resources and the development of economies of emerging industries wave of global economic restructuring. The Chinese economy continues to soar also facing resource inputs from a focus on quantity to emphasis on economic transformation efficiency of resource allocation. Between enterprises under the background of economic transformation competition on domestic and foreign enterprises have adopted to promote the implementation of the strategic transformation to survive and develop But the transition was not always smooth implementation of strategic enterprises, but also affected by operational risks such as organizational resistance and other factors. In the current, especially in the inland city in the country, basic organizational development work is very weak, due to the much larger companies, many SMEs have no concept of the organization, not to mention there are organizational development system system.So organizations to promote the strategic transformation of the mechanism of change is what? What the organization’s goal is to implement the change? How to select the time of organizational change? Efficient organizational changes, the effect and how? This series of questions are placed in strategic corporate restructuring practice is an important issue. Previous scholars have studied the positive role of organizational change in the break organizational inertia, promote strategic restructuring of enterprises. However, studies of specific organizational change implementation process is still lacking. Therefore, this paper based on the theory of organizational change, efforts to explore strategic transformation under the conditions, and how to operate the specific organizational changes.This paper describes the implementation of the procedure body T’s2011and2013the company changed the organizational structure of the company’s strategic transformation before and after analysis of examples extracted, and then on this basis, summed up a set of standardized implementation process.
