China is in a new era of rapid development.More and more private enterprises are responding to complex environmental changes through innovative ways and looking for new breakthroughs.Organizational change is the key factor to promote the development of enterprises,the only way for enterprises to survive,and the success of enterprises.In the process of rapid change,enterprises promote the development of enterprises through organizational change in varying degrees.When some private enterprises study the organizational change of enterprises,they only make articles on organizational division and personnel increase and decrease,but they do not fully understand the organizational design principles.Enterprise managers should systematically consider the direction of organizational structure optimization in order to support the long-term development of enterprises,considering the characteristics of enterprises themselves and the changes of external environment.Under the condition of Internet economy,organizational structure optimization in line with enterprise strategic transformation is the background of this paper.This paper mainly takes the organizational structure optimization project of CFI company,a famous seasoning enterprise in China as the research object.As the CFI company of Shandong local enterprise,in this fast changing data age,it is also thinking about how to quickly respond to the future subversive challenges through organizational change and improve the efficiency and agility of enterprises.Combining with CFI's strategic positioning,we can expand new business areas and ensure that old and new businesses go hand in hand while ensuring the profits of traditional businesses.Focusing on the optimization of the traditional organizational structure under the main business and the pilot of innovative organizational structure under the new business model,this paper deeply analyses the terminal control problems faced by the current organization,how to establish the relationship between enterprises and end consumers,how to enhance the relationship and interaction between relevant value chains,and how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper makes a deep analysis of the existing organizational problems of enterprises by means of questionnaires and literature research.Through the diagnosis,we find the problems existing in the current organization,such as overlapping responsibilities,lack of synergy and so on.Based on the current problems,the direction of organizational adjustment should be clear,business-oriented,gathering front lines and service terminals,according to which the organizational structure should be designed and implemented.At the same time,the safeguard measures for organizational structure implementation should be established to realize the effective matching between organizational structure and strategy.Through the study of optimization of CFI organizational structure and the application of modern organizational management theory,a set of organizational structure conforming to the development of enterprises is designed to help enterprises think and recognize how to promote change.The innovation of this paper is to propose a platform-based organizational structure design of front-end agility and headquarters empowerment.Agile small pioneers,starting from customer needs,quickly grasp market dynamics,and quickly feedback market intelligence to headquarters through information tools.Headquarters is defined as a back-end enabling organization,which can quickly acquire market information,give strong support to the front-end and realize the front-end of headquarters enabling.Through'the establishment of platform-based organizational structure and the establishment of symbiotic ecosystem with partners,an organizational structure of mutual cooperation and collaborative governance is formed.In the process,we can gain insight into the needs of industrial customers,extend products to industrial customers,and help CFI company diversified development.The future development direction of enterprises will focus on how to build a dynamic organizational structure.Through the research of CFI organizational design,the challenges faced by the organization are deeply explored,and the principles of strategy determining the organization,organizational adaptation trend and organizational fitness are clearly defined.At the same time,the shortcomings and prospects of this study are put forward to help enterprises think and recognize how to promote change.It is also hoped that the thinking and research of CFI organizational design can provide reference for more enterprise changes.
