Research On Operational Risk Management Of H Province Postal Savings Bank

Abstract:With the changing times, the development of the global economy is accelerating, technology has entered the high-speed development track, leading to explosion of information rapidly, and the financial industry innovation is bound to. Judging from the current situation, operational risk has become the three big bank risk--the market risk, credit risk, operational risk can not be ignored in the risk. How to optimize the mode of operation risk management in banks, enhance the risk control ability of banks has become an important research topic in the banking industry.The paper selects H province postal savings bank as the object of study, through literature review, case analysis and other research methods, through summarizing the research of operational risk management in domestic and abroad, compared to the current H province postal savings bank branch of operational risk, based on analysis of the causes and types of operational risk, operational risk comprehensive inquiry H, the postal savings bank management, put forward to optimize the management mechanism of the characteristic of the bank, including the internal control system, management method, management risk emergency plan, system innovation. The research purpose of this paper is to discuss the method of case study, the bank’s operational risk management and control model, in order to establish risk management mechanism for scientific, guiding banks to strengthen risk management, and expand the academic circles for exploration from the perspective of bank operational risk.
