Synergy Innovation Research Of Our Country’s Electronic Information Industry

According to the existing research，the companies in the United States，theaverage return rate of R&D investment is26%，The synergy innovation investment-return rate of large enterprises will be higher than the average level of4%，smallenterprise’s synergy innovation investment-return rate is as high as44%, thoseenterprises who without synergy innovation，their R&D investment-return rate is only14percents。And that along with the rapid development of knowledge economy era，the life cycle of electronic information products and information technology graduallyhave shortened，the network strengthen the spread of new technology，the survival andthe development of electronic information industry’s motivation is synergy innovationgradually。But at present, the development of China’s electronic information industry’ssynergy innovation is very slow, seriously restricts the development of electronicinformation industry, this paper multi-azimuth to find the problems existing in theelectronic information industry, and based on the results of the empirical analysis，putforward some concrete countermeasures for the development of synergy innovation。This thesis bases on the electronic information industry in our country，in-depthanalysis its characteristics and its present situation of synergy innovation，find outthe root cause of the existing problems，and from the theory in-depth analysis China’selectronic information industry structural elements of synergy innovation system；therunning mode of synergy innovation and the impetus of development on the basis ofthis，establish the knowledge alliance between the two sides game model to analyzethe affect effects of profit allocation to the equilibrium in the union, find ways topromote knowledge alliance keeping on in-depth cooperation。Finally，making use ofthe model of composite synergy degree to analysis and test the synergy degree ofinnovative development of electronic information industry in China from2000to 2012，further up from the actual to illustrate the importance and feasibility ofelectronic information industry synergy innovation。According to the model analysis can draws the following conclusion:(1) Theorder degree of innovation core subject and environment of electronic informationindustry in our country，though it have some growth, the innovation system overallcoordination degree is lower，and with larger volatility，for the whole innovationsystem，the main body of innovation play a major role，and the external environmentworks as an auxiliary。(2) The input of technology import、transform、digestion andabsorption of the electronic information industry in China is insufficient，financingstructure proportion is not harmonious，almost the government and the enterprisedominant，the funds of market are not on effective use，and it is insufficient ininnovation technology for achievements transformation。 Finally aiming at theshortcomings in the process of synergy innovation，puts forward some suggestionssuch as Shift resources structure、build the platform of industry-university-researchcooperation、expand diversified financing and optimizing the allocation of profits。...
