| The area of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei,one of three largest growth pole in China,is the most unbalanced regional economic zone.Under the impact of capital,the ladder pattern has formed in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The condition which most kinds of resource gathering in Beijing and resulting resource overflow,results the serious economic gap between Hebei and Beijing,Tianjin which not only influences regional balanced development but also breeds out all kinds of social problems.So,in order to solve unbalanced development problem,regional cooperative innovation is a good method.However,owing to history items,the performing of synergy innovation policy is going smoothly.Such condition is the key problem we need to consider and solve.In theory,most scholars divded the innovation process into 5 dimension,based on the evaluation of regional innovation ability China report,from innovation process.Although such analysis can reveal the problem of innovation process,the management of innovation cannot dependents on it.Government,company,university,scientific research institution,the major role of innovation,is the source of innovation,which the management of innovation dependents on.And synergy innovvation is method,lessening regional economic gap and achieving balanced development is object.Scholars neglect the relationship between synergy innovation and innovation goal,which will reduce the effeciency of synergy innovation research.Based on the thought of present problem,the article focus on the analysis of synergy innovaiton from the prospective of innovation subject-government,company,univerity,research institution,and the research on the influence of synergy innovation on innovation performace.First,I selected sixty six indicators and build the innovation system coordination degree evaluation index system.Second,I used synergy degree model of composite system to analyze the synergy innovation degree between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.After that,based on the innovation perfomance data from?the evaluation report of China regional innovation capability?,Eviews help the regression analysis of influence of synergy innovation on innovation performace to solve the problm hidden in the developing process of syneergy innovation.The research shows that the synergy innovation degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a little low which predicts there is a big rising space.And the degree gap between unniversity,research institution and other subjects is the most obvious.The phenomeon of unbalanced resource input among innovation subject and uncoodinated ratio of input-output is also serious.In the aspect of innovation performance influence,the effect from innovation subject is greater that regional synergy innovation which is greater than the synergy between innovation subject.Government plays the main role in the growth of innovation performance,unniversities and research institution have greater impact than companys.Such results require us to attach great importance to the strength of government,try our best to promte the balance between regional innovation subjects,and strengthen the flow of innovation items to achieve the balance development between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. |
