Analysis Of Forestry Industrial Structure Based On Gray Theory

Forestry is one of the basic industries in China.It is a comprehensive industry sector with multi-function and multi-benefit.It is independently formed by the need of division of labor in the society and is an important part of the national economy.Promoting the development of forestry industry is an important way to realize the transformation from traditional forestry to modern forestry and realize forestry modernization.In 2009,China held the first CPC central committee forestry work conference since the founding of the People's Republic of China.At this meeting,it put forward to endow the forestry with the "four major status" for the first time,which put the forestry development and forestry construction at an unprecedented level.This is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee through overall planning,taking a long-term perspective and advancing with the times,which plays an important role in improving the efficiency of forestry production in China,increasing the foresters' income and promoting the comprehensive development of social economy.Forestry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture plays a key role in the forestry planning of Hunan Province,but it has been developing rather slow during a long time without the full awareness that its forest resources can help to effectively boost economic development.It has experienced many ups and downs in terms of forestry utilization strategies.Despite of the continuous industrial structure adjustment for the purpose of balanced development,there is still a lack of relatively scientific rationality in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,and the needs for social progress and development cannot be met any longer.Specific to the forestry industry development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,this paper takes relevant theories about forestry industry as the basis and integrates methods like gray relative analysis,empirical and case analysis,and combined qualitative and quantitative analysis in research.Based on the study on forestry industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,this paper refers to numerous domestic and overseas literatures about forestry industry development and analyzes the development status quo of forestry industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as well as comparative advantages of its development.Regional advantages and resource advantages of forestry industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture are pointed out.Main problems existing in the forestry industry development process of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,such as the unclear property right of forestry,irrational industrial structure,insufficient scientific and technological industry innovation ability,inadequate policy support,low quality of the overall labor force in forestry,and the lack of large leading enterprises with core competitiveness,are brought forward.Regarding the development status quo of forestry industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.It analyzed the first,second and tertiary industries respectively,found the correlation between various industries,drew the relative correlation coefficient,and used the data results to propose the corresponding strategies to adjust industrial structure and identify the key development industries.It comprehensively analyzed the development of forestry industry in XiangXi Autonomous Prefecture,found out the existing problems and put forward the suggestions to vigorously develop the advantageous industries,avoid the restrictive factors,grasp the forestry industry development opportunities,and strive to speed up the modernization process of the forestry industry in XiangXi Autonomous Prefecture.This paper aims to analyze and summarize the forestry industry in XiangXi Autonomous Prefecture and put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of forestry industry in XiangXi Autonomous Prefecture,thereby promoting the comprehensive and reasonable development of the forestry industry in XiangXi Autonomous Prefecture.
