The research about role pressure and occupational commitment has always been one of the hot spots in the management field. How to reduce role pressure and improve occupational commitment deserves high attention, which plays a positive role in the harmony and stability of employees and individuals,as well as in corporate organizations, and even in society as a whole. At present, there are many relevant research literatures, but there is a lack of systematic and accurate empirical research on the impact of role pressure on the relationship between occupational commitments. In addition, the research objects of some foreign scholars are limited to traditional industry personnel such as teachers, policemen, and nurses, and they are less involved in other industries. This thesis first reviews the role pressure, occupational commitment, emotional quotient and their constituent dimensions. It analyzes the relationship between the role pressure, occupational commitment, and emotional quotient,of Jinzhou Bank's HR specialists and puts forward the theoretical models and assumptions for the current paper. This is followed by the design, distribution, collection, and reliability of the questionnaire and the validity test of the questionnaire. Then it comes to the empirical study of the effect of role pressure on occupational commitment relationships. This article mainly carries on the present situation analysis, the variance analysis, the correlation analy'sis and the regression analysis,as well as the emotion intelligence adjustment function analysis. The data analysis shows that the measurement scale has good reliability and validity. The role pressure of Jinzhou Bank's HR specialists is of common level, and their occupational commitment is in common high degree, and emotional intelligence is at ordinary high level.Role ambiguity and role conflict have a significant negative impact on occupational commitment, role load has a significant positive effect on occupational commitment, and emotional intelligence has a partial adjustment role between role pressure and occupational commitment. Finally, analyzes the empirical results, and proposes several suggestions to reduce the role pressure and improve occupational commitment from the organizational level and individual level. At the same time, the contribution and deficiencies of this research are also analyzed based on the actual situation and the possible directions for follow-up research are offered.
