Research On Assets Efficiency And Management Measures Of Tieling Power Supply Enterprise

As a basic industry of national economy, electric power industry has a greatinfluence on people’s life and social development, so it requires the electric powerenterprise management to be reliable and stable.Besides, the economic globalizationand marketization of electric power industry reform make the electric powerenterprise’s survival environment more difficult and complicated. As a capitalintensive industry, the electric power enterprise asset management is more important,relative to the general industry, and asset efficiency analysis is an effective way todiscover the asset management problem of electric power enterprise.Thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the assetefficiency and management of domestic and foreign research dynamic. The secondchapter expounds the related concepts of the efficiency of assets and asset efficiencyanalysis method. The third chapter firstly introduces the basic situation of Tielingpower supply company, and then use the data of financial statements in2012and2011,compared with the data of State Grid Corporation of China, to analyze its assetsefficiency. The fourth chapter puts forward enterprise assets on the analysis efficiency,and management countermeasures and suggestions are given. The fifth chapter givesconclusions and prospect for the research.Through the research of Tieling power supply company asset efficiency,it foundthat, overall, enterprise asset efficiency of2012is higher than2011, and assetsmanagement level has improved, but compare with the level of assets efficiency inthe same industry, there is a certain gap. In view of the continually increasing of fixedassets and low efficiency of current asset management, the paper put forward somecountermeasures, including: combination the ability of fixed assets ability tostrengthen its management in chain of investment, procurement, overhaul and routinemaintenance; strengthen the beforehand, matter and afterwards control of accountsreceivable; strengthen the purchasing and inventory storage management, etc.
