With the steady progress of China's electric power reform,the level of competition in the power supply market also increases.At present,power supply enterprises are still in a regional monopoly position.It is foreseeable that the competition in the power supply market will break this regional monopoly in the future.In the face of this situation,power supply companies need to take precautions and respond in advance.The power supply industry itself has certain employment threshold.If the dimission tendency of the power supply company itself remains high,the power supply company will face the adverse situation of unstable human resources.In order to reduce the dimission tendency of the power supply company employees,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of the dimission tendency of the power supply company employees.In this paper,based on the existing research literature and results,through the establishment of a model and design of a questionnaire to YN power supply company staff turnover intention research and analysis.In the model,the relationship between the three variables of the existing dimission model,job satisfaction and dimission intention,is taken as the basic relationship,and the general self-efficacy is added as the independent variable and organizational commitment as the intermediary variable to build a brand new dimission model.For the investigation of variables,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire,mature scale and self-designed two ways to form the questionnaire.The staff of YN power supply company are surveyed,and 244 valid samples are obtained.The results of empirical analysis show that there is a negative correlation between general self-efficacy and turnover intention,that is,improving general self-efficacy can reduce the turnover intention of YN power supply company employees,and at the same time,general self-efficacy can indirectly affect the turnover intention of YN power supply company employees through job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,this paper gives three Suggestions to improve the self-efficacy of YN power supply company employees,improve the job satisfaction of YN power supply company employees through multiple ways and improve the organizational commitment of YN power supply company employees.YN power company to reduce the turnover tendency of employees,maintain the stability of the talent team provides a reference.
