Study On The Land Protection Ethics

Since twentieth Century, the industrial civilization not only brought economicprosperity, but also causes many environmental problems. Industrialization and city ofaccelerating the development of the land conflicts have become increasingly prominent,seriously affected the sustainable development strategy of our country. Although ourgovernment and research institutions actively to respond, but still did not find a completeand effective way. In recent years, due to China’s relatively pay attention to land protection,formulate relevant laws and regulations, illegal land cases of a certain decline, but stilldoes not solve the fundamental problem of land protection.
