With the development of market economy, the internal environment and externalenvironment is changing constantly. Most enterprises are facing the problem how to survivein the ever-changing competitive environment and achieve sustainable development. Originalbusiness organization faces many tests, and it accelerated the process of organizational change.Responsible organization is a new organizational paradigm and it is a result of organizationalchanges. How to build a responsible organization becomes a urgent need.This article first describes the background and significance of the construction of theresponsible organization. We make an objective evaluation of the responsible organization bythe study of literature and information, summarizing the status quot of domestic andinternational corporate. And we also propose our own research ideas, frameworks, methodsand innovations. Based on relevant theoretical research, Chapter II defines connotation andcharacteristics of the responsible organization, discussed the responsible organizations tobuild power and resistance. chapter III introduced the content of the construction of theresponsible organization, based on the system theory, proposed prerequisite element (liability),the basic elements (structure of responsibilities, accountability, organizational culture, andorganizational systems) and the efficiency factor (information and collaboration), studied therelationship between responsible organization building elements the principle of organizationconstruction. The fourth chapter focused on the responsible organizations building process,and set the criterion to judge the effect of the responsible organization and the methods ofevaluation, providing database support for organization construction effect evolution andtechnical means. The fifth chapter is empirical analysis. First this chapter propose solutionthat build responsible organization by an analysis of the predicament of k company. Finallywe use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess theeffectiveness of the construction organization.Based on the research of responsible construction, this article provided ideas forcorporate change by further appreciation of the essence and practical significance ofresponsible organizations. It provided ideas for corporate change. Finally, this article pointedinnovations and shortcomings of the paper, with a view to make further research andrefinement.
