In the current world generalevaluation methods, the comprehensiveevaluation method and the lowest bidding price method is the most common.ButChina’s current policy environment and the economic situation is concerned, thesetwo kinds of ways in our country are not very perfect conditions of use. Andevaluation methods selection, will directly affect the result of bid winning. Accordingto the field of engineering construction in our country bidding tender and bid, thecombination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the author tries to putforward the evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process. According to thecurrent research results of the theory, put forward the evaluation process is applicableto the current situation of our country, in the index weight and the calculation method.And the new method is applied to the actual case, the new method is verified bypractical way a bit and defects,evaluation method is proposed to expect this inaccordance with the principle of fair, justice, open, embody the scientific andaccuracy of better.
