In recent years, people-oriented has become the mainstream of today’s world. Economycoordinating sustainable development with resources, environment and society has alsobecome the mainstream of today’s world. The face of economic development and resourceincreasingly prominent contradiction, experts and scholars are trying to seek the road ofsustainable development of the resource zone. Northern Shaanxi previous is backwater place.In recent years, due to the western development policy, returning farmland to forestry orpasture policy, and it with wealth of resources, economic development is very rapid. Somecounties also entered hundred counties nationwide, but these achievements are at the expenseof environment for the price. Therefore, to explore resource development in northern Shaanxisustainable development model of eco-economic system is very important and it directlyaffects the direction of future development of northern Shaanxi.This paper uses methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. On the basis ofthe systematic review of relevant theory and literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzesof the current situation of eco-economic Jingbian, the use of ecological footprint model wasevaluated for its capacity for sustainable development and analysis of the eco-economicdevelopment of the main problems existing in Jingbian; according to the selected modeeco-economic sustainable development of basic principles, expounds suitable foreco-economic sustainable development in Jingbian several modes; Finally, put forward theresource development in northern Shaanxi protection measures and recommendations forsustainable ecological and economic development.Studies suggest that the development of sustainable eco-economic presence Jingbianserious ecological deficit is unsustainable development; major eco-economic sustainabledevelopment Jingbian exist irrational economic structure, lack of sustained economic growthpotential, resources and environment pressure, a limiting factor for rapid economicdevelopment, the total lack of human resources, innovation and weak; main mode is suitablefor eco-economic sustainable development in Jingbian eco-economic agriculture model, services and other industrial development model and the development of tertiary industrymode; proposed countermeasures and suggestions related to the protection of eco-economicresources for sustainable development zones, namely, the development of innovative ideas,cultivate economic management talent, improve the pulling effect of the pillar industries,industrial economic operation quality consolidate and strengthen the economic operationmonitoring and early warning, in an effort expand consumer demand, enhance the vitality ofdevelopment services, strengthen the construction of environmental protection and ecologicalenvironment.
