Talent is a key factor in enterprise management, relationship to the enterprise canrealize the scientific recruitment, whether it is reasonable to retain the talents. Enterprisesmust establish a scientific and effective compensation system, to motivate the internaltalent, and attract more foreign talent, this has become the decisive factor to improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises. A scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism of thecompensation, the implementation of talent strategy of Chinese enterprises, especiallyplays a decisive role in the successful development of the insurance industry.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of insurance companies, we mustimprove employee loyalty to the company, and continue to encourage and promote thecreation enthusiasm of staff. Through the corresponding measures, to guide the staff notonly consider the current income of their own, more should keep up with the developmentof the company concerned, so as to promote the long-term development of insurancecompany in the market. Set up and optimize the incentive mechanism of insurancecompany compensation has become an inevitable trend. Only by establishing a scientificand effective incentive mechanism, and to optimize, retaining talent, ultimately promotethe company into the virtuous circle of development track. However, I found that manyenterprises only focus on executive compensation, compensation of employees paidinsufficient attention; in practice, the research to the financial incentive mechanism offinancial institutions mainly concentrated in the banking institutions, rarely specific to andinvolve the insurance company pay incentive theory research and design. Therefore, thispaper as a case to study the incentive mechanism optimization compensation in B Co., Ltd.Liaoning branch, established and perfected to promote our country insurance mechanismof compensation incentive mechanism, strengthen the insurance industry attractiveness fortalents, to contribute to the healthy development of the insurance industry.
