Small And Medium Enterprises Credit Risk Based On Supply Chain Finance Mode

Supply chain finance as an innovative financial instrument developed fast inrecent years. It has become the major business object that banks launched and has tosome extend solved the financing problem of Small and Medium Enterprises. Thehealthy development of supply chain finance business depends largely on how toevaluate and control the credit risk. Current research focuses mostly on how to resistcredit risk with supply chain finance. However, research on the credit risk of supplychain finance itself is not much. Conducting scientific evaluation and control on thecredit risk of the supply chain finance, which is in favor of the bank to make accuratecredit decisions, has great significance to promote the sound development of thesupply chain.This paper first discusses the current status of supply chain finance research statusand existing problems at home and abroad. Secondly, supply chain finance andoperation mechanism of three financing models as well as the influence of all the mainsubjects supply chain all the main influence are analyzed. Third, the paper analyzes therisks of the three financing modes of the supply chain finance and identifies the Smalland Medium Enterprises credit risk of the supply chain finance mode, based on whichthe index system of the Small and Medium Enterprises credit risk evaluation of thesupply chain finance mode is established. Then, the supply chain finance credit riskassessment mode created through the method Logistic regression and principalcomponent analysis.Finally, the evaluation index system is applied to test the mode.The sample data of more than30Small and Medium Enterprises in Handan City areprocessed. And the paper proposes a control strategy for the Small and MediumEnterprises credit risk of the supply chain finance mode in terms of the macro level ofsupply chain finance credit risk, the credit risk of financial institutions and the supplychain the chain of other participants.
