Autonomous region government hopes by enhancingthe growth pole of leading role，increase its efefct in the whole regional economy. Socalled package "hubaoe" radiating and driving play area to the surrounding area? Atthis stage is echo dominated or diffusion dominated? How to solve the growth pole ofthe developing the negative impact of echo effect, accelerate echo to spread.In this paper based on the effect of regional growth pole in regional economicspoint of view, on the basis ofFrançois Perroux’s theory of growth pole andGunnarMyrdal the circulation of the total cumulative causation theory and Friedman’scenter-periphery model, combining with the actual condition called package“hubaoe，，economic circle in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, adopt themethod of qualitative and quantitative analyses to call package “Hub”aoe economiccircle in Hohhot, Eerduosi, the three central cities in Baotou echo, the diffusion effectof surrounding areas. This article research has certain theoretical significance andpractical significance, through quantitative analysis confirmed that the three cities onthe echo and the diffusion effect exist in economic circle of other cities, through thecorresponding policies to accelerate the echo to the diffusion effect.Paper core includes several parts: the first is directly related to this study areintroduced, or is the basic theory of need.
