Study And Application Of Order Purchasing Batch Model With JIT Kanban For Textile Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises

With the globalization of competition in the market is gradually increased, andchanges in product demand and policy adjustments, textile industry in anincreasingly competitive, the growth of industry profit begin to slow down. It’s anurgent problem that how to constantly adapt to market changes in the adjustment andhow to improve the domestic textile machinery manufacturing enterprise productpositioning and reduce production costs in the textile manufacturing companies.Cost management is an eternal proposition of enterprise management, however,accounted for the largest proportion of the cost is often the Purchasing cost.Therefore, It’s no doubt that the control of purchasing cost control will become amanagement priority.In the model of supply chain management, competition among enterprises hasbeen transformed into supply chains, procurement also transforms from inventorypurchases to order-driven approach. Purchasing cost control well needs excellentsupply chain collaboration and a good amount of purchasing batch mode.Establishing a purchasing batch mode which is suitable for textile machinerymanufacturers, that is, in the process of determining the quantities of purchases, touse the multiple orders to pull purchase, taking the consideration of the coremanufacturing needs time, holding costs and order processing costs, taking intoaccount the supplier’s production costs, transportation costs, establish of aoptimization model of profit, and to solve the model.Throughout the text, this thesis is mainly studied order purchasing batch modelwith JIT Kanban for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises from the followingaspects, which reads as follows:(1)The procurement status of textile enterprises was studied and the issuespresents in the corporate procurement management were researched by combiningwith the production characteristics. The characteristic of purchasing model under thesupply chain management was analyzed and the influence JIT for purchasing batchwas studied. On this basis, studying the JIT Kanban materials management patternsand pattern factor, thereby establish the textile business for JIT Kanban purchasingmechanism. (2) Analysis of the concept and characteristics of inventory cost, the building ofpurchasing batch model were studied. Several methods calculated by comparing theamount of the order, carry out the advantages and disadvantages of the method.Problem description and parameters through analysis, cost structure and supplychain vendor analysis to centralized decision-making on how the distribution ofprofits and compensation optimization model, the establishment of purchasing batchmodel. By solving the calculation examples are given to optimize the value ofprofits under a specific revenue sharing contract.(3) By combining with the needs of actual business management, the goal ofthe system and needs analysis conducted brief. Combined with a textile machinerymanufacturing enterprises, from system design idea, carry on the system design andanalysis, to determine the overall function of the prototype system, and then themain function modules were developed after detailed discussion.Finally, the full text of the research were summarized, analyzed itsshortcomings, the subject of subsequent research and look ahead.
