Meanwhile, during management together with JIT and ERPpurchasing methods, and brings a series of innovation of purchasing management:The purchasing management is more scientific by restructuring the purchasingframework, setting new supplier management and examiners, improving power of supplier management of purchasing department, innovating the management systemof purchasing to improve the efficiency of purchasing management.Meanwhile, based on ABC classifying management, F Company carries out sortmanagement according to different characteristics and influence of the productivematerials and carries out major management and control following20/80principle. Interms of the innovation of logistics and stocks, the company manages and controls thelogistics and material stock in a comprehensive and concentrated way by introducingthe pattern of concentrated contributing and management pattern of economicalstocks to make the purchasing management more scientific.The management of the suppliers and evaluation system are the major factors ofpurchasing management and the fair, objective and scientific evaluation andmanagement are important factors of the introduction of supply-chain pattern.
