As the progress of economic globalization further deepens, competition betweenenterprises is getting more and more intensified. How to exist in the fierce marketcompetition is a significant issue faced by modern enterprises.“Human”, as the mostimportant resources of a company, are attached more attention to. It is a crucialsubject in a company of how to make a profit, reach a goal, and then promote the corecompetitive power through investment on human capital. As an important form ofhuman capital investment, T&D are effective measures to improve EP, and thenimprove the performance of an organization. Researches concerning the relationbetween T&D and EP need further discussion.This reserch employs T&D and EP as the main research objects, aiming toexplore the correlation between T&D and EP, as well as how it works. However,different person presents different mental state. As a result, in the process of T&D,there exits differences in PC among the staff, which will probably effect thecorrelation between T&D and EP. Therefore, this paper introduces the variable of MCto explore the intermediary role it plays between the two and imultaneously,researches the effects of different LMX in the whole model. First, I make a definitionof T&D, EP, PC, and LMX, based on the research findings both at home and abroad,and further put forward the theoretical model and research hypothesis, and thendifferentiate the dimensions of diffenrnt variables according to the related researchresults both at home and abroad, measuer the indicators of variables by scientificstandard. Finally, has designed the questionaires to collect data required by myresearch. This research proceed to do an analysis on the reliability and validity, basedon which, by applying the structual equation, I make an empirical analysis onimfluence principle of the entire T&D and EP, and reach the following conclusions:First, there exits distinctly positive correlation between EP and T&D, as well asemployee MC;Second, PC plays a intermediary role between T&D and EP;Third,LMX relationship plays a regulating role between T&D and EP;By the statisticalanalysis on the entire sample data, all of the hypothesis in this research have beensopported and verified.The conclusions derived from this research have supplied a certain theoreticalsoppot and realistic sense to the T&D in enterprises, and they can also provideguidance in further accomplishing the T&D project, improving the EP and then improving the performance of an organization. However, there remains certainlimitations, which need to be further improved and explored by future scholars.
