As the development of the China’s economy, China has become the largest trading nation.Meanwhile, China’s import trade is growing rapidly, China also increasingly use antidumpingmeasures against foreign unfair competition.Based on Chinese antidumping cases and tradedata between1995and2012, this article establishes a dynamic panel data model under therelative trade data, and use the SYS-GMM method to estimate trade destruction effect andtrade diversion effect. By analyzing the current situation of Chinese antidumping, we can findthat the main target countries are Japan, South Korea and the United States and the maintarget industries are chemical products, plastic products and leather products. Empiricalresults show that: Chinese antidumping has significant trade destruction effect and tradediversion effect. China imposed antidumping duties on sued countries will suppress the samekind of involved products entering Chinese market, and also will procure the same kind ofinvolved products from other non-sued countries entering Chinese market, lead to the suedcountries reducing the market share in China.
